We're activate to attend advertisement survey. My appointment is 12pm while Lam is 12:30pm. So what is the story?
Well, whenever any company require survey, they would call this lady. And this lady in turn would find people to attend the survey.
This lady will get commission for every person who attend and the person will get a token of appreciation (money) from the survey company. To be honest, I really don't want to attend if Ah Lam is not involve. Si buay sian if you were to go alone.
Time: 11:55am.
Loc: Thomson road.
As you could see Ah Lam is charging his way like a sergeant into the battlefield.
Once we're here, we asked to take seat first while waiting for the interviewer. I scanned the room, I saw there were few other people waiting for their turn.
Just 5min later, I was called to a room. There, this female interviewer asked me to watch TV. First there was Dove commerical, then Kodak commerical, then Coke commerical....and etc.
After 8 or 9 commercials, she paused the video.
Interviewer: Let's get started, what are the commercial you can remember?
Me: There's the coke commercial, the DHL and err......(Memory is my weakest point)
Interviewer: What the the commercial you like most?
Me: I like coke commercial.
Interviewer: And?
Me: No more...
**She looked bewildered**
Interview: Which commercial you dislike?
Me: Kodak
Interview: And?
Me: No more.
**She looked even bewildered this time**
Interviewer: So what do you dislike about this commerical?
Me: (Anyhow hatam)
Then she continued the video and asked some more question but I will skip all this. So 25 min, I emerged out of the room with this.
(Easy money.......time for enjoyment)
We got free money, we got time, so what are we gonna to do next?
(Wash hair)
Oh yeah........the survey fees paid for us.
(Just $15, we get our hair wash, our head massage)
(Face massage as well)
(Not to mention, back massage. It worth every single cent, I tell you.)
After our wonderful experience, went to Kallang Baru to look for Toh. Has been a year since I last saw him. Understand now, he has a shop there selling fruits.
(Look at the dishes on the table, courtesy from the survey fees again.)
(I spend the remaining afternoon selling fruits. I did sold some oranges. It was fun trying to be a fruits seller for a few hours)
Lastly, Toh was surprised that the older I get, the better looking I become. hahaha
