My dinner was this Korean charcoal barbecue restaurant at East Coast with these 2 friends of mine.

Once your order was place, the waiter would carry an iron basket of fiery charcoal from kitchen to your table. I thought we would have to grill the food ourselves but no.......the waitress would stand there grill and cut our food for us.

My love affair with Korean barbecue began this evening as my pretty Korean waitress was educate us on how to properly eat Korean barbecue......like tear off a small piece of lettuce to wrap around the freshly grilled meat or drip your meat onto assortment of sauces before eating.

I find the Korean waitress more yummy than the food itself, really.

Korean barbecue consists of lots of thinly sliced, marinated beef, grill chicken and a dizzying array of small, often spicy, side dishes known as panchan, to be shared alike.

I watch in awe as they send the spreads of food on the table because a Korean host must lay out enough dishes to cover the board.

You know what did I find most delicious of all?
The Korean waitress....yum yum.
