Apparently someone called the police after discover a suitcase left unattended. Usual procedure like the area cordoned off with white/blue police tape. At this point, the police were satisfied that everything is under control.

Don't be fool the vicinity was clear of human traffic, in fact people were walking up and down the street with the “bochap“ written all over their faces. Some were standing meters away from the suitcase waiting for taxi like the lady in the picture. Other cross the road to take a closer look.
I actual heard some office workers saying, “Cannot be bomb lah, Singapore very safe one”
Strange as it may seem, no amount of learning can cured stupidity and formal education positives fortifies it. No wonder our government hired foreigns talent.
Our streets in Singapore are general safe. It's only the people who make them unsafe like terrorists. Will terrorists ever target Singapore? I see why not?
