I read today The Newspaper about a loan shark touched by a women's plight, he gives her $300 instead hounding her for hubby's debt.

It remind me of Toh as he used to work as a loan shark collector before.

He told me once, he suppose to collect a debt and the man was not in (ran away) but his wife were at home though. The pity woman was crying not because of him but because she had no money to buy milk powder for her baby. Toh brought some milk powder and gave the woman some money before he left the place.

He was disgruntled and grumble to me, on that day not only did he failed not recovered debt but also lost money for the milk powder & 'donation' to the lady.

But deep inside I know he felt good about himself.

He's a believer of karma.
