I was at Rocher's hawker centre having my dinner about 6pm when Chong called.

“Where are you” was the first words he said
“Meet me at Katong coffee shop next to Lai Lai health centre” was the last thing he said.

Then the line went dead.............

Short and sharp was Chong's style. Oh boy, what a style he has.

So I went down and there was Chong, sitting alone drinking his coffee.
He was looking bored, watching flies buzz by and the cats wandering around in search of foods.
I thought I have no life and now I understand the term "there always will have a higher mountain."

He was better.

(Poor chap)

We began with small chats at first and finally curiosity got the better of me.
"Why are here..at this time...alone?" I demanded.
But the truth is out there........

I found out he needs my company to pass time as he waiting for his wife to knock off at 8pm+. "I had to send my precious home." he confess.
Now hear this folk, he been sending his wife home everyday.

I almost had a seizure when I heard this.

(Waiting=stress=hairloss?)

I thought this kind of men is extinct in the real world.

OMG, I’m looking at a gem now.

Chong IS extremely rare species which are endangered, he should be protected.
He should be our living national treasure! I salute him by saying," Wan shui wan shui wan wan shui"

By the way, his work place is at Katong but his wife work place is at World Trade Centre.

Anyway, I went off before 8pm to catch Singapore Idol.
