(A backpacker is someone who travels with a pack because of the mobility that gives, travels independently, and usually cheaply)
(Since it supposedly to be cheap, it has a lot of walking to be done)
(Trust me, map in Tokyo isn't much of a help)
(Sakura hotel. Found it finally)
Sakura Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Tokyo's Jimbocho used book district. It provide cheap, clean, bright and cozy rooms, highly recommended.
(Each room has a TV, telephone, free Internet line and an air conditioner, and on each floor, there are shared restrooms, showers and wash basins)
(Value for money staying here, really)
Just opposite our hotel there is this,
(Kanda used bookstore district)
(More than 75% of Tokyo's used, old book sellers and collectors have shops located in this district.)
This are some of our sight seeing pictures along the way.
Our main event for the day was....Tokyo dome city.
Tokyo Dome City is an entertainment, shopping, and amusements attraction in Tokyo. Part of the Tokyo Dome City is an amusement park featuring a collection of exciting rides and thrilling roller coasters.
At night, we were in the Ikebukuro district in Tokyo. The street at the crosswalks at Shibuya, which I believe is the busiest intersection in the world.
(Unfortunately, it's too dark to capture anything)
There's something highly recommended, that's the baked sweet potatoes found selling in the street of Toyko. The baked sweet potatoes are enjoyed by Japanese kids and adults alike, and the way these tasty snacks are prepared seems as normal to the locals as slurping a bowl of noodles
(Mum and sister peeling off the hot roasted sweet potatoes and behind was the vendors stall.)
